I have received my Byzantine Silver Bracelet for approximately 8 weeks now, and I cannot express strongly enough how much I love it. The bracelet has great weight, feeling fantastic on my wrist. I had shopped for over a year with different artists at various retail outlets and this was the first bracelet that was love at first sight. I love the detail, right down to the clasp with a heart on it. Barbara took so much care in ensuring I had the proper size in that I ordered a 7” which is not as common a size. It is a perfect fit! You will be getting much more than you ‘paid’ for!!!!!

After many years working in accounting, Financial Services and owning a Machine shop with my husband I finally had the time to peruse my secret goal of creating beautiful jewelry.
I was gifted a beautiful hand made bracelet by a dear friend and I not only loved the bracelet I really needed to know how it was made. It intrigued me and I found myself spending hours learning about precious metals and craftsmanship. I needed to know everything about this bracelet. I was still working at the time and did not have time to pursue my own education to be a creator YET.
After retiring I had the time, energy and drive to start this journey and I don’t think I will ever look back. I love working with precious metals; Gold, Silver (.999), Sterling (.925) and Bronze.
I started taking online classes at the London School of Jewelry and became addicted to many other online sources of education. Learning will never end because there is always a new technique, new concept, new inspiration to be investigated and developed.
I am sure you will enjoy each piece I made as much as I love making them. It brings me such joy to create and watch a idea come to life and to create a story.

I saw Barbie’s creations in person a few months ago and knew it was the perfect gift for a dear friend. Barbie started making the bracelet as soon as I ordered it here on Etsy and shipped it to me quickly. I was impressed by how responsive she was. It was even prettier in person.
